Hello Ms. Oaks:

This appears to be a duplicate email to the one we just responded to (125982-02590694@requests.muchrock.com<mailto:125982-02590694@requests.muchrock.com>) but in order to be consistent, we are responding to both email addresses.

I queried our database by your name and do not find any FOIA request history. If you received a formal acknowledgement of your FOIA request, please provide the assigned tracking number. If your request was not formally acknowledged please let us know which email address you submitted it to on March 9, 2022.

We will be happy to get this straightened out and provide you with a status with the above mentioned information.

Respectfully,

Melani

Hello Ms. Oaks:

We have searched our FOIA database by your name (Autumn Oaks) or by your email address (autumnaoaks@outlook.com<mailto:autumnaoaks@outlook.com>) however, no requester accounts were found. Did someone else submit those two requests? If so, please provide the original requesters name as that is how it would have been logged in.

We also searched by the two different email addresses you have been corresponding from this week (requests@muckrock.com<mailto:requests@muckrock.com> and requests@muckrock.com<mailto:requests@muckrock.com>) with no results. There are currently 92 registered accounts from email addresses using @requests.muckrock.com and we cannot search each of those accounts without expending an unreasonable amount of time.

If you can provide this office with the name of the requester, we will gladly run another search of our database and provide you with a status update.

Thank you,

Melani

Hello,

I found an email address associated with this request, as it was said to have been submitted by the muckrock staff.

requests@muckrock.com

From: U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service

Ms. Oaks:

We have conducted searches of our FOIA case management database, again, using the information below with the same results of zero matches.

Requester Name: Autumn Oaks
Description terms: “2021 California Fires”
Email address 1: requests@muckrock.com<mailto:requests@muckrock.com>
Email Address 2: requests@muckrock.com<mailto:requests@muckrock.com>
Email Address 3: autumnaoaks@outlook.com<mailto:autumnaoaks@outlook.com>

If you can provide the name of the person that submitted the two FOIA requests you are inquiring about we should be able to locate the requests in our system and give you a status update. Without that primary information there is little else we can do for you at this point.

Thank you.
