Good afternoon -
Earlier today we sent a final response to your FOIA request (our case
#J-19-0097) and we inadvertently attached the record of our FOIA log that
did not have the redactions applied. We have re-sent the corrected version
(attached) and respectfully ask that you delete copies of the other file and
do not post it to the public. The information redacted was of individuals
making requests for records about themselves and/or names of individuals
listed as part of our description of records requested. My apologies for
our mistake and we are reporting the email having gone out through our
reporting channels for breaches of PII as well.
Feel free to contact me at (703) 601-6884 with any questions or concerns or
through email, NGB.FOIA@mail.mil
