Good afternoon,
Your request is still being processed. Once an agency properly receives a FOIA request, it has 20 working days in which to make a determination on the request. The Electronic FOIA amendments of 1966 increased the Act's basic time limit for agency responses, lengthening it from 10 to 20 working days. You should receive a response soon.
Thank you,
Melissa Figueroa
