April 26, 2019 Dear Mr.Kick: This is the finalresponse to your April 15, 2019 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request tothe United States Agency for International Development (USAID).  Yourequested the Agency FOIA request logs covering 2018. For your information, Congressexcluded three (3) discrete categories of law enforcement and national securityrecords from the FOIA. See 5U.S.C. § 552(c) (2006 &Supp. IV (2010)). This response islimited to those records that are subject to the requirements of the FOIA. This is a standard notification that is givento all of our requesters and should not be construed as an indication thatexcluded records do, or do not, exist. USAID conducted a comprehensive search of Bureau for Management,Management Services, Office of Information and Records (M/MS/IRD) for documents responsive to yourrequest.  The search produced a total of 54 pages.  Of those pages,we have determined that 54 pages of the records are releasable in theirentirety.
