April 26, 2019 Dear Mr.Kick: This is the finalresponse to your April 15, 2019 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request tothe United States Agency for International Development (USAID).  Yourequested the Agency FOIA request logs covering 2018. For your information, Congressexcluded three (3) discrete categories of law enforcement and national securityrecords from the FOIA. See 5U.S.C. § 552(c) (2006 &Supp. IV (2010)). This response islimited to those records that are subject to the requirements of the FOIA.
