Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
your agency's FOIA request log covering 2018, which includes a field showing the subject of each request and a field for the final disposition.
Further, I request that this document be sent in any digital formats in which it exists (such as PDF and Excel). Under the terms of the E-FOIA Amendments of 1996, Section 5, if a document exists in electronic format, it must be released in that format upon request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.

You requested a copy of EXIM Bank's FOIA Log covering 2018, to include a field showing the subject of each request and the final disposition.

For your information, Congress excluded three discrete categories of law enforcement and national security records from the requirements of the FOIA. See 5 U.S.C. ยง552(c) (2006 & Supp. IV 2010). This response is limited to those records that are subject to the requirements of the FOIA. This is a standard notification that is given to all of our requesters and should not be taken as an indication that excluded records do, or do not, exist.
Ex-Im Bank's FOIA regulations at 12 C.F.R.404.9 (a) state that Ex-Im Bank shall charge fees to recover the full allowable direct cost it incurs in processing request, but in this instance, because the information is publically available, there is not charge.
