Dear FOIA Officer:
This is a Freedom of Information Act request directed toward the U.S. Army Office of the Chief Legislative Liaison (OCLL).

In 2015, the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee directed the service secretaries to submit reports to Congress on the training and utilization of Forensic Experiential Trauma Interview (FETI) techniques by criminal investigators and judge advocates within their respective departments (Senate Report 114-49 at page 132). I request a copy of the Department of the Army's report in response to this requirement with all attachments, enclosures, and transmittal letters.

This request is not being made for commercial purposes, and I am willing to pay fees of up to $25.00. I would prefer the request be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not. Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.

Sincerely,

T.J. Kenney

T.J Kenney,
Good morning, this email is a very simple request pertaining to your FOIA request. Please use our FOIA inbox when submitting request that fall under our purview only. You were initially informed of this on July 5, 2018 at 12:48pm via email in which you both acknowledge and replied. If you are unsure which office within Army has responsive records you are seeking, contact the DA FOIA office (both a link and PowerPoint presentation was previously provided to you on the process of submission).

Very Respectfully,

Since OCLL is an ARSTAF element, I thought your Requester Service Center supported them. I'm really not trying to waste your time, but RMDA has been emphatic that they only route requests and do not actually do any FOIA production.

Thanks for the acknowledgement, but I want to clarify that this isn't an "any records"-type request. I really am just looking for that particular report written by the Army and transmitted to Congress –– with all attachments, enclosures, and transmittal letters please.

Dear Mr. Kenney,

The FETI request was forwarded to this office by the AASA FOIA Office on
Monday, 30 Jul 18 (not by Mr. Matthews, OPMG though). CID insists it
belongs to the MP School, so I am going to inquire with them. I will let
you know what I learn.

Thanks - v/r,
