A list of all audits completed in calendar year 2015.
This request is for non-commercial purposes. I agree to fees up to $15. In the event that fees exceed this amount, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have no commercial interest in this request. I am seeking these records for personal interest alone. I am not an owner nor an employee of MuckRock and have no financial interest in the posting of the documents on MuckRock. I am however interested in providing the records to the public free of charge, which will be accomplished by MuckRock. Therefore, this request should be placed in the "all other" fee category.
I agree to fees up to $15 billed in the "all other" fee category. If fees exceed this amount, please provide me with an itemization of proposed charges so I may either amend my request or expand my willingness to pay fees.
