This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

The complete text, together with any appendices, of the signed 2014 Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) between 60 Degrees Pharmaceuticals (60P) and the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Development Activity (USAMMDA) to develop tafenoquine as a weekly prophylactic drug for the prevention of malaria.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
