Dear Mr. Smathers,
This is an interim response to your request - kindly note that I am the FOIA Officer, but do not have direct access to this email address. Unfortunately, the Office of the Chief of Chaplains doesn't arrange the Pentagon National Day of Prayer event. That event is planned and executed by the Pentagon Chaplains Office, which does not fall under our office. I have tried contacting them directly for information, and will forward this email. Kindly contact me directly if you don't receive a response from their office sometime next week. Also, kindly note that this is my second attempt to email you, please confirm receipt of this message.
Thank you.
