This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

1) All records on, about, or concerning Temporary Final Rule: Safety Zones: Bullhead City Regatta, Bullhead City, AZ (Federal Register Publication), having Document ID USCG-2011-0410-0001, Docket ID USCG-2011-0410, and Federal Register Number 2011-16539. Records should include, but not be limited to all public comments recieved concerning this temporary final rule and all records concerning those comments such as internal and external discussion about the merits of any comments and any other record which shows the effect of the comment and the consideration it was shown. Include all records created between August 5, 2011 and the date this request is processed.
2) All records concerning the 2012 event known as the River Regatta taking place on the Colorado river in the Bullhead City, AZ area. This is refering to this year's event. Item #1 above refers to last years event.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

My request was submitted four months ago on Jan. 13, 2012. I have no received any acknowledgement of my request. Please provide me with the current status of my request and an estimate on when this records request will be complete.

The following are the records I requested:
