This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the US Department of Homeland Security's files (affidavits, investigative files, interview transcripts, etc.) on the 2010 Freedom Flotilla effort to break the Israeli siege of the Gaza Strip. For reference, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaza_Freedom_Flotilla.

I also request a copy of any communications between the US Department of Homeland Security and the government of Israel pertaining to the 2010 Freedom Flotilla effort.

Please search any "cross-referenced" records relevant to this effort.

Please also search “ELSUR” (Electronic Surveillance) records.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
