2009 Mosques of America Calendar v.2 (state)

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All records on, about, mentioning or concerning the 2009 Mosques of America Calendar.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

you requested that I provide "a more specific description of what types of records you are seeking" and a timeframe.

You can limit your search to records created from 1/1/2008 through 12/31/2010.

The types of records I am seeking would include:
* Email and other forms of communications discussing the project
* Meeting minutes of those responsible for creating the calendar
* Records showing the purpose of creating the calendar
* Communication showing the reactions of people after the calendar was released (feedback)
* Policies developed on how to select Mosques to feature
* Policies developed on how to distribute the calendars
* press releases concerning the calendar
* talking points or other documents for the CIO, or other PR rep to give them direction on how to response to press inquiries on the subject.
