CBP-2019-035301 has been processed with the following final disposition: No Records

From: Steve Horn

To Whom It May Concern:

I am appealing CBP's determination for this request as the document is linked to a New York Ruling Letter NY L83625, dated April 12, 2005, issued under 19 USC §1625. The ruling letter obligates the importer to enter the goods described in subheading 2709.00.1000 under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS). In addition, CBP officials were able to verbally confirm that the requested records exist.

Thank you for your time and help. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Best,
Steve
