From: Greg Schwartz

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Please provide all documents generated from the Uniontown Industrial Excess Landfill Superfund Site concerning test results (including sampling methodologies) that revealed any presence of the radioactive element known as Technetium 99 (aka Tc-99), conducted during the years 2000 & 2001 by the IEL PRPS , the US EPA, EPA Region 5, and Ohio EPA.

The 2004 US EPA IG Report on the IEL indicated that data used to develop a chart within the IG Report had shown for Technetium 99 that there were "9 out of 9" samples.....ranging between ".............". This suggests that said supporting test results used by the EPA IG to draw this conclusion must exist on file, compiled in the IG Report.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Greg Schwartz

There's a lot of documents to sift through there and they mostly seem like administrative decisions, rather than test results? I am still seeking the Tc-99 test results.
