Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Good afternoon Sir,

Is it possible to narrow down your request for records? After reviewing the
files that were received, it is going to take a bit of time to process your
request as the file is pretty big. Is there a specific case that you are
looking for? I appreciate your time.

Good evening,

I am contacting you regarding the response for the subject FOIA request. I
will be sending you the documents via DoD SAFE. The password to retrieve the
documents is DONUSMC20210248.

Additionally, I want to inform you (which is also stated in the Denial
letter) 1st Marine Division is not the release authority for court martials.
In order for you to obtain the court martials that you requested, you will
need to submit a FOIA request, via FOIA online to Code 20. I am happy to
assist you if you need assistance with your FOIA request to Code 20. I am
also providing you with a link to court martials that HQMC FOIA uses to post
court martial summaries. I hope this link is helpful.

I appreciate your patience processing your request. I am available for any
questions or concerns.
