Seeking defense contracts between Dr. Romie Gibley, Sinode Systems and its CEO Samir Mayekar and its employed nanotechnologist Saad Hasan and the Department of Defense and/or any of its intragencies related to 1310-2 W. Waveland, Chicago, 60613.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Be advised that DCMA will need a specific contract number in which you want
records prior to beginning to process your request. There is not an "all
encompassing" agency within DoD that maintains all DoD contracts; therefore,
once you respond with a specific contract number, DCMA may have to refer your
request to another agency.
Upon receipt of the information to clarify your request, DCMA will begin
processing your request. If you do not respond with the clarified information
by October 16, 2015, DCMA will close FOIA control number 16-006. Should you
