1 - fax machine logs sufficient to show the facsimiles sent and received at the fax number 724-430-2932 from April 29, 2021 through June 11, 2021

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This is in response to your RTK request of June 24, 2021. A response to you indicating an extension was required was given on June 30, 2021.

You requested fax machine logs sufficient to show the facsimiles sent and received at the fax number 724-430-2932 from April 29, 2021 through June 11, 2021, revised by subsequent email for only the period of May 3-4, 2021.

After an examination of the said fax machine, no log is available other than a request being made to our service provider. I have attached the response to that request.

Their response states that the requested records are unavailable.
