This is to acknowledge the receipt of your request.

We have not had any challenges to any of our curriculum. This includes
complaints as well.
Board policy can be located here <https://www.union.k12.fl.us/school-board>

The cost to locate in email, an public records request related to this
topic would cost around $300.00 for the search since this is a large scope
of search terms.

If you wish to proceed please let me know and if not please withdraw your
requests.

Hello Lanier --

Can you clarify what the search would be for? I understand that there were no challenges to the curriculum. Were there any challenges to library materials?

Thanks,

Adam Steinbaugh

From: Union County School District

No sir. No challenges on library books.
My understanding was you wanted emails from public record requests that
were emailed to us on this subject.
The parameters on that search are pretty big since there is nothing
consistent. I can just search 'public records' since that is on every
email.
Just time consuming for me to get you what I believe is what you want
accurately.

Got it -- I was mostly just looking to see if there were any public records requests. I think it would be difficult to search emails for "public records," as a lot of people have some reference to "public records" in their email signatures. If there's no centralized system for tracking public records requests, I can withdraw this request.

From: Union County School District

Thank you. Acknowledged the removal of this request.
