Pursuant to the Alabama Public Records, I hereby request the following records:

Records relating to the homicide case of Emmett Kyzer (DOB January 12, 1934) from March 28, 2017, which was perpetrated by Clifford Sinclair Madison (DOB 11/64). I would like to submit a public records request for materials related to the case including interrogations, interviews at the crime scene and the police station, the Police/Investigative Report, photos, surveillance, 911 calls, the Body Worn Camera footage from the initial responding officers, and any other audio or visual materials that apply to the case.
