I am writing to update you on the status of your above-referenced records request.  The City has completed its search. The only responsive documents that I located were via email (no text messages) and they are all from outside news sources - ie: The Olympian or Jolt News as an example and they were emailed to various employees who may have signed up for them.  Those newsletters included the words "Patriot Front" with a link to a news story or it was a snippet of a story.  Otherwise there were no other responsive records.  I uploaded one example in the portal for your review.  Here is how you view it:  Log in to your account by selecting the link "View My Public Records Requests”. From your account, you can review and download the records identified in response to your request.
If you would like to see them all, let me know and I can upload the rest.  Otherwise we have no other responsive records and I will close this request.

This letter is to clarify what information you are seeking from the City in order to identify the responsive records as allowed by RCW 42.56.520(3)(a). Please clarify the following:
The City has completed its search. The only responsive documents that I located were via email (no text messages) and they are all from outside news sources - ie: The Olympian or Jolt News as an example and they were emailed to various employees who may have signed up for them.  Those newsletters included the words "Patriot Front" with a link to a news story or it was a snippet of a story. So while they are emails received by an employee - they are just receiving them because they are on that news site's distribution list. I am wanting to clarify those are the type of emails you would like.
I look forward to receiving a response at your earliest opportunity so work on your request can continue. Depending on when and how you clarify, I anticipate being able to provide the records, an installment of records, or a status update on or about 8/12/2022. Please note, this is only an estimate and is subject to change as the City processes your request.
