To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A list of all criminal cases prosecuted by your office in which Veteran Affairs Officer Andrew Bryiant appeared as the prosecuting witness, or as another witness for the prosecution, or was the author of the prosecuting affidavit or similar charging document.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
I have attached a letter responding to your November 16, 2015 open records request of the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office. I have also mailed a hard copy to your return address. If you have any further questions my direct line is 918-596-4814. Thank you.
John David Luton
1st Asst. District Attorney
Tulsa County District Attorney's Office
