Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) Any police reports for the Aug. 12 fatal shooting of Khalid Jabara in the 9300 block of South 85th East Avenue. I want to see everything in the report, including any officer notes and/or summary narratives.

2) 911 calls, CAD reports, radio traffic and any other 911 Center call records for the Aug. 12 fatal shooting of Khalid Jabara in the 9300 block of South 85th East Avenue. The news media has reported that three 911 calls were placed on the day of the shooting: two by Khalid Jabara, one at 5:02 p.m. and another at 5:37 p.m.; and a third by by Mounah Jabara at 6:48 p.m.

3) Police report, 911 calls and any charging documents for the incident on or about April 5, 2015, when Stanley Vernon Majors was alleged to have yelled and photographed guests arriving at the Jabara's house for a party.

4) Police report, charging documents and 911 calls for the Sept. 12, 2015 case in which Stanley Vernon Majors was charged with felony assault after he was alleged to have struck Haifa Jabara with a car.

5) Any other reports and/or 911 calls in which police responded to either Stanley Majors's house in the 9300 block of South 85th East Avenue (the exact address of his house may be 9332 South 85th East Avenue) or to Khalid, Haifa and Mounah Jabara's house in the same block (the exact address of their home may be 9328 South 85th East Avenue) since 2007.

6) 2013 Protective Order obtained by Haifa Jabara against Stanley Vernon Majors, as well as the protective order obtained by Stanley Vernon Majors against Khalid Jabara.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. We are a news organization named The Trace, which reports on gun violence in the United States. We are using the MuckRock public records system to file this request for efficiency and tracking purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

8) Police reports and 911 calls related to the March 2015 arrest of Stanley Majors on charges of violating the protective order by hurling racial slurs and threatening to kill Haifa Jabara.
