Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Tulsa recently unveiled modifications to the Tulsa Golden Driller. (https://www.tesmanian.com/blogs/tesmanian-blog/tesla-cybertruck-gigafactory-elon-musk-austin-texas-tulsa-oklahoma)
Therefore, I hereby request the following records:
1) All proposals instructional materials, presentations, powerpoints, budgets, plans, and emails about the recent modifications to the Tulsa Golden Driller.
2) Any emails between government officials and Tulsa for Tesla and Meeks Group.
3) Any emails that mention the Golden Driller, "Elon Musk" or "Tesla" from 1/1/2020 until the present.
Please try to include any other miscellaneous documents that are responsive to this request that don't neatly fall neatly into the above categories.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. It will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE’s science and technology website (www.motherboard.vice.com).
