Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records, I hereby request the following records:
I am seeking public information records related to Tucson High School and any and all correspondence, written, digitally recorded, or otherwise related to the existing state of the schools track and field, including such keywords as "budget", "repairs", "closed", "construction", "citations" or any reports of students "written up", "football", "track and field", "track practice", and that may also involve such individuals as the "Athletic Director", "Robert 'Bobby' DeBerry", "Gary Lewis", "Jason Holley", and/or "Janet Harvey".
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
