Mr. Waltman,

I reached out to get a cost assessment for the information you requested concerning our helicopter policies. I have heard back about the usage logs. Electronic storage of the usage logs dates back to January 1, 2015 to present day. The previous logs are on paper that would have to be scanned to be sent. There is approximately 2100-2300 document with an estimated cost of $526 to $575 just for these paper logs. The electronic logs will fit on disc and that cost shouldn't exceed $25.00 to $50.00 depending on the number of discs.
Do you want us to proceed forward in providing the paper logs? If so, I will get an more accurate count of them to send you the bill for that part of the request. We are still working on the rest of your request.

Please contact me if you have any questions.

Hi Ms. Stahl,

I think just the electronic logs should work just fine for now. If I really want the paper logs later I can always refile and try to raise the funds but for now electronic will work beautifully. Thank you for checking with me, and have a great afternoon.

Sincerely,
Curtis Waltman
