The Pima County Sheriff’s Department Records Unit has completed your request and it is available. The cost for these records is $10.25.

You may choose to retrieve your items in person or by mailing in your payment to our records office. We do not email or fax records.

* If you choose to mail in your payment, please include a copy of this email along with a cashier’s check, money order or business check (No Cash) payable to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department and mail it to the address listed below. Once payment is received your documents will be mail to you at the address you have provided.

* If you choose to come directly into our office, please present this email to records staff to complete your request. We will only accept Visa and MasterCard payments in person and no cash payments will be accepted.

Should you have any question or would like to cancel your request please call our office at (520)-351-4650 (option 4)

Please note, these documents will only be retained for a period of 30 calendar days from today’s date after which point you will be required to resubmit a request for these documents.
