All documents containing policies and procedures that establish the authority/powers of the civilian review board, office of civilian complaints, civilian police commission, civilian inspector general, or other civilian oversight structure of the police department.
If no civilian oversight board exists, copy of any policies or procedures for handling civilian complaints.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Below, I have attached a website that might provide some information about the Citizen Police Advisory Review Board (CPARB). If you cannot find what you are looking for please contact the Tucson's City Clerk's office. The email address is also listed below. They may be able to supply a copy of the bylaws and/or how this group was formed and how it operates. Additionally, I have forwarded your email to the City Clerk's office.
In my previous answer, in January, I supplied the Tucson Police Department's website for the policies. These are free to the public. If you want a hard copy of our policies it would be .25 cents per page. Please give me a call so I can find out exactly what policy or policies you would like a hard copy of.
