Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting lawsuits from the last ten years against the University of Arizona for issues relating to ADA guidelines.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

My office is in receipt of your public records request specific to
"...lawsuits from the last ten years against the University of Arizona
for issues relating to ADA Guidelines."
Attached to this transmission is the "search" of Risk Management
records that did not yield any results. Please be aware retention of
claim files are regulated by the Arizona Department of Libraries,
Retention Schedule GS 1038 and unless the claim involves a minor all
"closed" claims are purged based on this schedule.
