Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

#1: Any and all records on case against Bernadette Feazell
#2: Since this case has been deemed "unfounded" by the Travis County DA's office I request any and all correspondence between the Sheriff's department of McLennan County and Travis County. All emails from Deputy Hitch to Keith McManus.
#3: Where was the meeting between McManus and Hitch with the others from the DA's office.
#4: All correspondence with Margaret Moore.
#5: All reports from Travis County Deputy McManus about said meetings including who was there and notes.
#6: All reports from Travis County to McLennan County.
#7: Any and all correspondence and meetings between Ranger Phillips and the Travis County Sheriff's department.
#8: Any and all disposition sheets, paperwork generated by this case.
#9: Disposition and dismissal sheets.
#10: Any and all notes, recordings, or records of any evidence in this dismissed case.
#11: Any and all receipts from hotels or lunches by deputies in this case.
#12: Any and all letters from Travis County ad the Rangers about this case.
#13: Any and all correspondence between Sheriff Parnell McNamara and the Sheriff's department of Travis County.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
