The minutes from the meeting indicates that a letter was sent on behalf of the council to the DA. It has been stated often and recognized by the 911 council that you are the record-keepers for the council. Please direct me to the person who wrote and delivered the letter.

From: Kansas 911 Coordinating Council

Good afternoon Richard Eater,

The letter that you are referring to has yet to be drafted by our attorney. Our attorney is out on medical leave. As soon as we have it in our possession we will get it to you.

Thank you in advance,

Lori Alexander, 911 Liaison
