Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
an excel document containing the name, phone number, and email addresses of undergraduate and graduate students from Fall 2019.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

My name is Stacey Brown and I am the Public Records Officer for The University of Toledo. Your below request was forwarded to my attention for handling. Attached please find the existing responsive public record to your request for the names, phone numbers, and email addresses of undergraduate and graduate students from Fall 2019. Please note that, as allowed by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), each institution defines what it considers to be student directory information that is releasable without student consent. Per The University of Toledo “Confidentiality of student records (FERPA) policy,” only local phone numbers and University-issued email addresses are defined as student directory information. As your request sought, generically, phone number and email address, we have provided the local phone numbers (if on file) and University email addresses for the Fall 2019 enrolled students. However, please additionally note that, as also allowed by FERPA, students who have opted out of disclosure of their directory information are not included in the attached list.
