Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any email controlled, maintained or archived by the Texas City Police Department or the City of Texas City, TX having the following requirements:

1) Dates for the emails: Between May 26, 2023 to June 05, 2023.
2) Any and all email(s) sent by or received by Texas City Police Officer Scott Harrell (sharrell@texascitytx.gov).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
