Any and all documents relating to Gary Green's arrest
TDCJ Number 999561
Date of Birth 03/14/1971
Date of Offense 09/22/2009
County Dallas
Specifically and most importantly, his police report upon booking, his interrogation video, any documents from his imprisonment including incident reports.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Our office is processing your public information request (No. 1684-02-2023), and we would like to work with you to clarify your request.
* Your request references "any and all documents relating to Gary Green's arrest" and "his police report upon booking, his interrogation video." Please note that the TDCJ was not the arresting law enforcement agency. Please clarify whether it would satisfy your request to receive a copy of the offense information for which the inmate was convicted or the judgment and sentence for that offense.
* The request also seeks any imprisonment documents. Whereas the subject of your request was confined by TDCJ more than once, please clarify whether you seek records from all periods of confinement by TDCJ or whether the request is limited to only the records created as a result of the subject being sentenced to death.
Please note your response to this correspondence is requested within 61 days. If the TDCJ does not receive a written response by the 61st day of this correspondence on May 10, 2023, your request will be considered withdrawn by operation of law. Texas Government Code ยง 552.222

Sorry for the confusion with this request. Thank you for clarifying.
* Yes please send a copy of the offense information for which the inmate was convicted or the judgment and sentence for that offense for Gary Green.
* We would like the records from the period of confinement whilst the inmate was on death row/had been sentenced to death - not all periods of confinement.
