University of North Texas at Dallas Library Capital Asset Activity

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All capital asset activity of the University of North Texas at Dallas’ library for both the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 fiscal years. Including all monthly and yearly capital asset reports. Complete transaction details for all funds dedicated to purchasing capital assets for UNT Dallas’ library. Any emails, reports or other records of any annual physical inventory of UNT Dallas’ library assets. All annual financial reports relating to the UNT Dallas’ library.

All emails sent and received by UNT Dallas librarian Brenda Robertson that include “capital asset” ; “capital assets” ; and “financial reports.”

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
