Dear Mr. Lipton:

The Office of the Attorney General (“OAG”) will review its files. However, a quick Google search reveals that the Eden Detention Facility is a privately-run prison contracted with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Again, I do not understand why this request is being sent to the OAG. If you have additional information that would help us understand your request, we would appreciate that information. Thank you.

Sincerely,

June B. Harden
