TEXRail E-Plan

Greetings Public Information Official,

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The current passenger train emergency preparedness plan (AKA "E-plan") submitted to and approved by the FRA in accordance with 49 CFR 239 for the TEXRail system. Please include all attachments, appendices, etc. In the event the requested records contain SSI or other confidential information, I request and consent to Trinity Metro redacting such portions and releasing the remainder without first seeking a ruling from the state Attorney General, if it can do so.

The requested documents will be made immediately and freely available to the general public on muckrock.com, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. I agree to pay applicable fees up to $40.00.

I request that the requested documents be fulfilled by email attachment, or if this is not possible by online upload or CD.
