Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I would like a copy of the records control schedules you have on file for the City of Lewisville (and the Lewisville Police Department if they filed a separate one). If any new ones were submitted since January 1, 2017, I would like a copy of all of them since that date.
I would also like to have a copy of all requests submitted to you since January 1, 2017 from the City of Lewisville or the Lewisville Police Department for authorization to destroy unscheduled records or the originals of permanent records that have been microfilmed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

I can't access any of this stuff. I created an account, but it says: "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you."
Could you please use a service like Google or Dropbox where I don't have to create an account? Or couldn't you use your own servers?

The information you requested is a 31.4 MB file, which exceeds TSLAC’s capacity to share by e-mail. TSLAC doesn’t authorize the use of Google or Dropbox to transfer files among parties. Box is the approved service.
Permission to access the Box folder was tied to a specific email address – in this case requests@muckrock.com<mailto:requests@muckrock.com>. If you created or used a Box.com account with a different email address, you would not have access to the folder.
