Texas DPS N-Dex docs

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act , I hereby request the following records:

Documents related to any instance in which a User Agency of the National Data Exchange disseminated N-Dex information without first obtaining the permission of the contributing agency under the two exceptions specified in the N-Dex User Agreement (example on page 1 here: https://muckrock.s3.amazonaws.com/foia_files/2015/07/27/User_Agreement-_Austin_PD.PDF)

Documents related to any instance in which N-Dex information has been used in an unauthorized manner.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
