The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for the opportunity to follow up.

Just to clarify, I'm not seeking every record "referencing" Wiginton/Spenser or any representative of the NPI, but rather recorded communication with them. Is it TAMU's belief that there are actually 1,543 potential records with these individuals?

If so, please feel free to narrow the request to only include recorded communications between Preston Wiginton and Texas A&M representatives, and Richard Spenser and Texas A&M representatives.
