Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act , I hereby request the following records:
All materials relating to the incident report(s) about the arrest, detainment, and subsequent death of Sandra Bland (http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2015/07/16/sandra-bland-tried-to-post-bail-before-allegedly-committing-suicide.html).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. For this request, please classify me as a media requester for the purpose of fees. Here is a selection of my publication history:
