Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I would like to request the latest records detailing the activities of peyote distributors in Texas. These records would either be from 2017 or 2018 and detail the amount of peyote sold, the total revenue brought in by the sale of peyote, and the names of the distributors.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Per your request, the amount of peyote sold and the total revenue brought in by the sale of peyote are no longer required to be reported to the state, TAC 13.36 .
