To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Dear whom it may concern,
My name is Justine Desmond. I am a former student at London School of Economics and Political Science. I joined a startup about a year and a half ago that's helping to secure a number of government assets. We are trying to understand the needs of the state and local market when it comes to security assessments. I would like to request your pen testing contracts across all Departments from the past 5 years. If that's not possible, a representative sample of 3-5 contracts will suffice. We are trying to build products that cater to your needs, so this is really important information for us to gather. We know it takes work and coordination across many different offices. We appreciate your help!

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Justine
