HR action doc for Aaron Grigsby 9/1/11

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act , I hereby request the following records:

The Human Resources action document for Aaron Grigsby's September 1, 2011 change of status.

For my request PIR# 14-0441, Texas DPS sent me a Human Resources action document, dated January 10 2013, showing that Aaron Grigsby was reassigned from the Rangers to RSD. Next to "Date and type of last action" the document said: "09/01/11 Change of Status." I am seeking the action document for that earlier, 09/01/11 change of status.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

Also, I am a published journalist who intends to report on the requested documents.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
