Ms. Harden,
It's my understanding that the statute requires that agencies are expected to provide materials “as soon as possible” or if they're unable to within a 10 business day period (which by my count was yesterday) to provide in writing a date when those materials will be provided.
What is your justification for continuing to deny the public this information about the affairs of your government agency?
Thank you,
Russel Neiss
From: Office of Attorney General
Mr. Neiss:
Your original request was received on September 13, 2018. Ms. Downey immediately requested clarification. You responded back to Ms. Downey after the close of business day which meant your clarified was request was received by this agency on September 14, 2018. Please be advised that you are not the only individual who has requested information in the last ten business days. We are working on responding to the many requests this agency receives. You will receive a response before close of business day.
