Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All communications (email, SMS, written) which mention or refer to the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System. Please limit the search to the date range 1/1/13 - 12/31/15.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

This e-mail is in response to your request for public information
received by the Texas Ethics Commission ("Commission") on April 21,
2017. Specifically, you requested "all communications (email, SMS,
written) which mention or refer to the Dallas Police and Fire Pension
System" for the date range from 1/1/13 – 12/31/15.
A search of our records revealed no information responsive to your
request regarding communications (email, SMS, written) in the requested
time period which mention or refer to the requested entity.
Please note that the requested entity appears as a client in lobby
registration forms filed with the Commission in the requested time
period. The Commission makes available free of charge on its website
lists of lobbyists registered in each calendar year at
https://www.ethics.state.tx.us/dfs/loblistsREG.htm on the Commission's
website. These lists (commonly referred to as lobby lists) include
information disclosed on the lobby registration forms filed with our
office. There are several lists available in PDF (Adobe) or Microsoft
Excel format and sorted by lobbyist name (with or without client
information) or sorted by client name. To view the lobbyists registered
in a particular calendar year who disclosed "Dallas Police and Fire
Pension System" or "Dallas Police & Fire Pension System" as a client,
choose the desired calendar year and the list named "Registered
Lobbyists with Clients, sorted by Client Name" and search the list for
the entity name. You may use the links below to go directly to the
