All communications (email, SMS, written) which mention or refer to the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System. Please limit the search to the date range 1/1/13 - 12/31/15.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The OOG requested an open records letting ruling from the Office of the Attorney General as to whether portions of the remaining responsive information were excepted from disclosure under the Public Information Act. The Office of the Attorney General issued Open Records Letter Ruling No. OR2017-15272, which concludes that some of the information may be withheld under the PIA. The remaining responsive information is being released in the attached document.
