All communications (email, SMS, written) which mention or refer to the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System. Please limit the search to the date range 1/1/13 - 12/31/15.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I need to know the context of the communications so that I can figure out which division(s) to send the request. Would the communications have pertained to a particular lawsuit, open records ruling, opinion, etc.? I need context especially since you are requesting communications involving the previous administration.
