Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Policy guidances, memoranda, and other materials establishing policy or providing operational guidance with regards to individuals in criminal custody suffering from chronic COVID-19 symptoms, sometimes referred to as "long haulers." Responses should include, but not be limited to, official definitions or criteria for individuals to be deemed chronic COVID-19 sufferers, if any exist, standards for monitoring such symptoms and treating those individuals afflicted by them, and statistical information on individuals suffering from such chronic symptoms, if any exists. If any redactions, omissions, or deletions are deemed necessary, please include justifications.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
