CoreCivic communications with the TCDJ, August 1, 2017 - September 5, 2017

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all communications between this agency and any representative thereof and any and all representatives of CoreCivic, a private prison company. Please include in your search any and all messages sent to or from the domain @corecivic.com, in addition to searching for the phrase "CoreCivic." Please provide all responsive materials from the period August 1, 2017 - September 5, 2017.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
