Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting copies of all complaints submitted to the Commission, either on-line or in writing, dating back to January 1, 2012. I am also requesting copies of any responses in a complaint chain.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Diana,
Thank you for your help and prompt response to my request, I appreciate it.
Regarding the fees outlined in your response: I realize that there are upwards of 100 facilities for which I have requested information over a 5+ year span. How would the fee estimate be affected if i limited my search to 32 specific facilities and began the search as of 1/1/2014? I realize that the specific facilities list would be necessary to arrive at a firm number, but would it be possible to provide a rough estimate based on these criteria?

The Commission has 242 facilities currently under its purview. Please provide a list of jails and I will revise the estimate.
